Cancellation Policy
Please be sure to notify us at least 24 hours prior if you will be unable to keep your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else on our waitlist. Failure to do so will result in a fee for 50% of the services scheduled, sent to you via online invoice.
Walk-in Services
For walk-in services such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, toothbrushing, etc, you do not need an appointment. Just stop by and we will be happy to help you! Visit our services page for a full list of walk-in services.
